Swedish-made quality quick shifter system for roadracing bikes, street bikes, adventure bikes, for Harley-Davidson’s to dragbikes and crosskarts. Basically for any multicylinder engine with ignition or fuel injection to make quick shifts super-fast to the next gear.

The Cordona PQ8 Quickshifter is perhaps the most robust ‘stand-alone’ system on the market. It has been used in Moto2 Word Championship bikes, for racing bikes, street bikes and in many categories for years. It can be used with all variants of Cordona strain gauge sensors, for rod linkage, toe PEG sensors or sensors integrated in shift levers.

The PQ8 Quickshifter is a ’stand-alone’ system that works independently from the bike ECU and connects directly to the ignition coils or fuel injectors.

The quick shift is done by interrupt the ignition or fuel injectors for a short period of time and features adjustable kill time, shift force, Smooth and Compus shift function.

Cordona use strain gauge sensor technology which gives a superior shift performance with a very consistent and distinct quick shift. The GP SG digital switch is based on same technology platform we have used in Moto3 World Champions-hip together with KTM Factory Moto3 and Honda Factory bikes.

 

 

The PQ8 Quickshifter system includes

 

PQ8 ECU

Two channel quickshifter ECU for  2, 3 or 4 cylinder motorcycles engines.

Adjustable kill time between 40-80ms

Smooth shift function with 50% longer kill time for 2nd channel gives a reduction in gear box chock free start up phase.

Compus shift function with longer killtimes for lower rpm’s.

GP SG Switch

Cordona use strain gauge technology which gives a very consistent and distinct shift performance.

The GP SG switch is based on the technology platform we have used in Moto3 World Championship together with KTM Factory Moto3 and Honda Factory bikes. For years.

Digital switch with a Cordona M6 or M8 size strain gauge sensor.

Adjustable shift force

Configurable shift direction, push or pull for upshift

Configurable shift loop type; commonly open or closed loop.

Optional adjustable kill time 10-99ms, default 150ms

Optional analogue output for shift force logging (Factory Moto3)
