“Surprisingly good!” / Andrea Locatelli, Yamaha WorldSBK Team
“The front end gets more stable” / Mika Kallio, KTM/WP MotoGP test rider
“Testing the Cordona shifter on track with our R1 back to back with OEM unit I could straight away notice the difference in feeling and a quicker response time, the Cordona unit gave a far smoother and seamless type shift, certainly made shifting faster and kept the bike more stable when shifting gear mid corner on the side of the tyre”
/ James Hillier – (Isle of man TT and North West 200 winner)
Analogue Strain Gauge load cell for ECU’s with upshift and auto blipper for downshift function. Used for advanced ECU’s like Magneti Marelli, Motec, Mectronik, MotoGP ECUs as well as for OEM, Kit ECU’s and flashed ECU’s for street bikes with an analogue 0-5V input.
The GP ASG Superbike shifter greatly improves the gear change performance and reliability compared to OEM shifters, that can often lack feel and gives longer shift times. Compared to a stock OEM shifter you will notice a far superior distinct and smoother action, allowing faster gear change performance like top GP and WSBK systems.
With this performance upgrade the bike will be more stable, use less traction control and upset chassis less during gear changes, especially when shifting mid corner at lean angle.

Linear 300, 500 and 1000N output calibration ranges.
The Vout (output to ECU) have linear relationship to input force and speed. I.e. the faster you apply a given force the less force is required to reach a certain output level.
Linear 300N – Recommended for applications with lower shift forces and for standard and kit ECU’s. Compatible with Mectronik SBK/WSS ECU’s.
Gain setting recommended for Mectronik MKE7: 150N/V
Linear 500N – Recommended for standard applications with adjustable shift force and racing ECU’s like Mectronik, Magneti-Marelli, Motec.
Compatible with Mectronik SBK/WSS ECU’s.
Gain setting recommended for Mectronik MKE7: 250N/V
The 500N comes with both the M6 and M8 size sensor housing.
Note: A 500N is usually too heavy calibration for an OEM replacements without the possibility to adjust shift force.
Linear 1000N – Recommended for applications with adjustable shift force like race ECU’s such as Mectronik, Magneti-Marelli and Motec ECU’s.
Gives more margins to Vout saturdation at higher shift forces. This calibration is not recommended for trigger shift forces below 100N.
Gain setting recommended for Mectronik MKE7: 500N/V
The 1000N comes with both the M6 and M8 size sensor housing.
Evo 300N The Evo output characteristics have similarities to a spring-loaded OEM shifter with a switch style output signal shape. The result is that the output signal have a faster response compared to the linear 300N.
Note: Not compatible with Mectronik SBK/WSS ECU’s.
